REGULATIONS FOR GRANTING JOURNALIST ACCREDITATION
FOR THE HOMMAGE À KIEŚLOWSKI FESTIVAL
Please read the regulations before proceeding to fill out the form.
To apply for a journalist accreditation for the Hommage à Kieslowski Festival , please fill out the accreditation form below.

Accreditation entitles you to enter selected film screenings, meetings with filmmakers and accompanying events, upon presentation of an ID. Accreditations are free of charge, and can be picked up at the festival office in the Health Cinema in Sokolowsk starting August 23, 2024.
Accreditation is issued by name and may not be surrendered to any person other than the one indicated in the application form.
Accreditation badges do not entitle third parties to enter the Festival area.
The number of accreditation badges is limited.
The deadline for submitting applications is August 16, 2024.
Information about the awarding of accreditation badges and opportunities to collect them will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the accreditation form.
Information on the processing of personal data
In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the so-called RODO), we inform you that:
The data administrator is iPublicity Sp. z o.o., 18 Silver Spruce Street, 05-500 Julianów. Recipient of personal data: authorized employees of iPublicity Sp. z o.o. . You have the right to access the content of your data and to correct them. Place of data access and possibility to obtain a copy of data: iPublicity Sp. z o.o., 18 Srebrnych Świerków Street, 05-500 Julianów. Data storage period: until the end of September 2024. Source of data: from the data subject. Processing purposes: Your data is processed for the purpose of realizing accreditation and informing you about the most interesting cultural events organized as part of the Hommage à Kieslowski Festival. Legal basis for processing: consent of the data subject. Provision of data is voluntary. Failure to provide personal data will result in inability to receive accreditation. Recipients of data: Your personal data will not be shared with other entities. Profiling: not applicable. Intention to transfer data to a third country or international organization: not applicable. You have the right to request the cessation of data processing, deletion of data, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your data when the data controller intends to process it for other purposes or to the transfer of your personal data to another data controller.
